Each class is designed to bring you in to the present moment by removing stuck energy and clearing neural-pathways; allowing you the opportunity to be you in the world without resistance. This inner journey and renewal is experienced with other folks looking for community, accountability, and encouragement. In this meditation and social Q&A allow yourself to feel supported, grounded, and loved as you embrace your originality and learn from others. This class is intended to be uplifting and a safe space to share your experience while at the same time strengthening your ability to be seen just as you are. It's pretty simple....we meditate.....and then we share and talk about our experience. Each week will be different!
